262 Fifth Ave Site Model

This project is the restoration of an eight year old site model originally built in Russia and transported to New York for display at Five Point Development Group's Manhattan office. We thoroughly cleaned and refinished the model with multiple coats of stain blocker and paint, preserving the original building textures to enhance its overall appearance while maintaining the initial feel. We also added new high-rises to reflect the updated skyline, and remade existing buildings that needed updating.
